Default 977 and LiPos charge method

I've read that the best ways to charge lipo is constant current up to 3.7v then constant voltage to "top it off". The MRC manual is silent on the method it uses. Anybody know? Should I care?

Default RE: 977 and LiPos charge method

A cc/cv routine should be cc up to 4.2 volts and then cv until end.

The 977 uses cc up to about 4.3 and then stops. The resting voltage is still around 4.2 volts. They both result in the same charge level. If you're getting a resting voltage of 4.2 then it is satisfying.
