DJI 550 Naza V2 GoPro3 Missing Anyone?

The guy selling it obviously does not know what he has. He calls it an IRP instead of DJI, is generally oblivious to the contents and does not seem to own the controller. All signs that he may not be the actual owner. If he found it on the side of the road, I suppose that is a bit different but... SD card is missing from Hero Cam so no last use footage available. Before I start messing with trying to get this thing flying, if anyone is missing this please let me know and I will file a claim with PayPal and give you the guys address for personal counselling sessions. Could have come from IL or FL from what I can tell from his history.

I would find out where Mazon, Illinois is and do a craigslist search in the lost and found or possibly post an ad there to see if anyone has lost one near where he lives.
