The Blade 200QX is a good step up that will handle a light fpv setup. You can buy a good F450 RTF that will be a step above that and has more options as far as equipment placement and payload.

I use the cheap GLB camera gimbals and they work very well for the price. I use an Astak CM7500 which is a GoPro clone.

I've got about the same amount of money in mine as that RTF setup I linked you to. That emerson action cam should work pretty well although I haven't used one. Most of the inexpensive sport cams work about the same.

When I got into rc over 20 years ago, the friend that introduced me to it asked me a simple question "Are you afraid to spend money?" After 20 years in the hobby I'm obviously either very brave or very dumb....................
