RCU Forums - Banggood poor service

Well I have finally had it. I knew when I ordered the Hubsan X4 (version 2) back on June 13th that it was not in stock at the time, and would happily wait for it to be re-stocked.
After inquiring about the quad, I got a return email that stated the following:

-From Banggood June 24th, I am so sorry to tell you that the item SKU072712 in your order is out of stock now. We are not sure when it will be in stock. Would you mind keeping patient for waiting? At this point I jumped on the site and the status switched from "next shipment expected June 23 (or something similar)" which is what it said when I actually ordered, to "In stock, usually ships in 1 or 2 business days" The count on pieces sold was 805 at that moment. Today (July 22nd) they are at 1,577 units sold at least per their site.

June 24th I responded with "Actually, no, I'd rather not wait. It should not be available at all if it is not available for sale. This is not how we do business in the USA."

-From Banggod June 25th "I am so sorry that your order has been sent out yesterday."

Rather than post word for worde exchanges here I will shorten this complaint to the most recent activity, my package shows arrival in Germany on July 2nd. Today the 22nd of July it is still in Germany. Seems they have some problems with their shipping and or customs authority.

The kicker to this is, I have a co-worker that I turned on to the Hubsan, he ordered one the same method that I did, but it was two weeks later or so (I'd have to ask him but he's on vacation this week...) His unit arrived in Germany on the 5th of July, hit New York last Friday the 19th of July, and is now in our city in KS as of this morning.

I've lost my patience to say the least. I'll protest it in PayPal and warn anyone within the USA that intends to order anything from the banggood site, take this as a warning for poor business practice and lack of organization!
