B6 Sky Charger
I purchased a B6 sky charger and I cannot balance charger my lipos. It is the connector on the charger that is bad. My friend has the identical charger and we tried my batteries on his and vise versa and his works fine but mine doesn't. My batteries are 11.1 v lipos. I tried the 14.8 lipo battery and it works ok. I have tried to call Nitro planes and Hobbypartz and you cannot contact anyone. Does anyone know who to contact to get my issue resolved?

I cant find my receipt, but I know I bought it in the spring, early summer. I tried the Live Chat and someone finally came on and when I asked the question there was no response for about 20 minutes so I gave up.
