Default Satisfaction!

I ordered 2 helicopters and 1 accipter badius for my sons for Christmas. All of the items were shown in stock. I also asked for the shipment to come as one. I found out later that the airplane was out of stock and that the 2 helicopters were sent. I cancelled the order for the plane as it was not going to arrive for Christmas and asked for a refund. It has not yet shown on my PayPal and I have not had any success phoning them (no Answer) or by email. Has any one have any ideas about what I can do?

There is a section over at specifically for order issues.

Post there and make sure you put the order number ( which starts with YSTxxx ) as the title of the post.

I normally get an answer within the same day.
