90mm F-18
I have sent your company several emails since 10/23/2011 and have yet to receive a response. So, upon the advice from a post of yours in another forum I am trying to make contact and seeking a resolution here.
Order Number 1426346
1- I am missing the 2 seat hatch, only the foam piece. I have the clear canopy.
2- The rear section of the fuselage is warped as the mating surfaces are 1/4" apart and more in places.
Thanks in advance for your response.

RE: 90mm F-18
opjose: Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind for future reference.
After a reasonable amount of time allowing for Eric to ship the parts, I will post a follow-up on this issue regardless of the outcome.
Cheers to all,
K D

RE: 90mm F-18
Here is the follow-up post I promised.
1st the good news. I received a 2 seat hatch and canopy today, thanks Eric
And now the bad. No fuselage was sent to replace the warped one nor a note of acknowledgement. I am not the first with this fuselage problem. It's documented in other forums as well. Any response to this problem?
Thanks.....[]

I'd suggest posting over at RCDiscuss as well.
He may not be here as frequently as they will likely be busy over the holiday.
As you've seen once he does answer he's pretty good at getting things resolved even if it takes another try.

RE: 90mm F-18
Well, I said I would post the results so here goes. Eric followed through with his promise to send me a new fuse. This was sent to me without my providing evidence of damage, in other words no questions asked. Bravo to Eric for that "old fashioned" type of customer service.
The plane itself is another story.[:@] The fuse sent to me as replacement was also warped and has the same gap problems. I would be hesitant to buy one of these until the company has worked out the bugs. I usually wait on ordering new models do to see if anyone has problems, but, since the 70mm version of this plane was so great I went ahead and ordered as soon as the 90mm became available. That is my mistake. Next time a new model comes out that I want I will not be a guinea pig, I will wait until the bugs are worked out.
Again, Eric followed through on his part and I don't expect him to be able to fix the company's molding issues. That lies on their shoulders, not Eric's.
Thanks again Eric for the great customer service and I intend on ordering from Nitroplanes in the future.[8D]
