Default Fuel Question

I just purchased a Hangar 9 ALpha .40 as my first Nitro trainer. I got avery good deal that included an almost full jug of fuel. In order to keep my gasoline fresh on my mowers I add a small amount of fuel stabilizer such as Sta-bil at the end of each season. Should I do the same this to keep this jug of nitro fuel fresh until I can use it this spring?

Default RE: Fuel Question

NO. Stabil is for gasoline. Glow fuel doesn't go bad like gasoline. Just keep it tightly capped and in a cool, dark place and it will last for years. (Try not to let it freeze though... if it has castor oil in it, sometimes the castor get's flaky if it freezes.)
