RE: paint
Hey GG!!
I can't find the post where you painted "Frankie" the Park Zone P-51 into "Tuskegee". You said you used Testors Model Masters paints, were they airbrush, and did you have to use sealed over it to keep paint from coming off on your fingers?
The plan at the the moment is to get 2 more flights on mine tomorrow, and if successful, mine will be "Moonbeam McSwine" of Capt. William Whisner 352nd FG, 487th FS "Bluenose *******s of Bodney". I'm an associate member of that Fighter Group, and actually got a ride in the restored version of Moonbeam back in September of 2004. So it's my favorite!!
Thanks for any help you can give me on painting "Frankie", I've done plenty of model planes in my past but not a foam r/c. Just wanna make sure it's done right!
