Nitro planes ordering
I ordered what the ad described as a Tiger Moth. "For the beginner pilot" , "flies slow" , "super easy and super stable for the beginner or midlevel pilot". Assembles in minutes.
What I got was a "Tiger Moth" and on the box it said" For experienced pilots"! [X(] The plane was the 3D version with flat wings instead of the beginners version with under-cambered, dihedral wings. I sent an email to Notro and waited[&o],and waited [&o]and called( no answer)[&o],and called(no answer) and waited,[] and called again, finally an answer. I was to return the plane and the correct model would be sent. I returned the Tiger and got an email showing the return of the purchase price less shipping approx. $12 It cost me $12 to get it and $12 to send it back. All in all I was out $24 plus and the only thing I got to show for it was a headache [:'(]and the loss of my money. I sent them an email with all of the particulars, NOT A WORD back. Oh yeah, assembly time was really 2 to 3 hours, waiting for the glue to dry B4 going to the next step. A very sorry experience for me.[:@]

RE: Nitro planes ordering
msgt81 your not alone in this. NITRO Screws up constantly. Good luck man i know you guys save a little buying from them but you should really heed the amount of dissapointments that are listed here vs any other manufactures. There is the old saying that you get what you pay for but man Nitro is not even in the same catagory as the others. Some do get there stuff and some wait for months, and months, and still don't get there stuff. This looks like one of those deals. They say to contact this John guy from here by pm maybe that will work for you. Hope you get the right plane and not at Christmas time. I think he goes under Nitrostaff1

Oh I received the plane within a week. The problem was, it was the wrong plane and I had to pay the freight both way. By the way, I purchased the correct model of the Tiger Moth from another source, who I'll use for future purchases.

RE: Nitro planes ordering
Jon, Ive seen very upset customers with nitroplanes and ive seen how well you handle it every time. Hats off to you my friend, i hope the rest of nitroplanes will soon operate like you, and if so, that'll be one HECK of a company that'll give H9 a run for its money!
Good Luck!

John has a great track record correcting problems, if people contact him.
If not, then things may be different.
