Default Large 2100mm wingspan Cessna 182

Recently purchased the large 2100mm Cessna 182 which suggests using a 120-140 engine. Since this aircraft was not designed to fly like a rocket, what would be the disadvantage, if any, of using a 91FS? The big brains at Model Airplane News suggest a good rule of never exceeding 12 lbs. of model wt./one cu. in. of engine displacement. At the estimated takeoff wt. of 11.6 lbs it seems the 91 could handle it, althould slightly exceed ing the limits. The advantage of using an RCV 91FS would be ideal, since cutting this marvelous aircraft cowl to accomodate anything larger would be a crime.
Any suggestions?
