.........................................I realize that a 4000mah will be to big enought for those plane,,,,,i have tried many time to speak at the right person but stilll nobody help me with my isssu..........my problem is that I ordered those thing the 29nov, and stilll no respond,,,,,,,,actually i would like to change the 4000mah lipo for a 1300mah replacement lipo that came stock with the planes pack.......

I'm new to RC Universe and I don't know all of the capabilities of this message board but if you hit forward (FWD) at the top right of your message can you type inthe company's E-mail address? If so, a copy of this RCU message might get their attention.

Try to call them at the phone number on the top of their site. You will have to try a bunch of times because its busy alot but you will eventually get through.

Thanks a lot john.......i just would like to know..........re-thanks a lot for changing my lipo pack into a 1300mah, I would like to know if nitroplanes.com will give me a refund for the lipo pack i just changed......
because the 4000mah was 59$ and the other was like 27$.......can we find a deal together ??

That's been my experience when returning things on a credit card or debit card. It's not instantaneous. It needs to be processed.

Yup as Yetti says, often you'll get a chargeback credit appearing on the account statement, for the difference.

Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a credit to post to your credit card. Atleast that is how long it takes Victoria Secrets .
