Falcon 120 Missing Parts

I have contacted you people now over 6 weeks ago about missing parts from my kit.
I have gotten 3 sets of shipping numbers and todate none have ever been shipped. What will it take for you to rectify your mistake?
My last order number is:
Quantity Item
1x LEFT SIDE RUDDER ASSEMBLY ( of 90A89B_Gas_Falcon120JetBlue )
