Default john nirto planes inside plz

hey john,

thanks for the reply on the simulator...
i got it unfortunatly i have vista and nivida card so no textures thats great :{

one more problem.....

i got the simulator in the mail but i dont have a charger for the lipo battery.
it said this at the site:
This is a truly ready to fly radio controlled airplane that includes everything,
including the battery and charger! You DO NOT need to buy anything else!

http://www.nitroplanes.com/fph4rcjetwbr.html

the kit came with a "balence charger" not a charger? what am i supposed to hook
alegator clips to? it came with no charger to charge the battery?!

now i have to buy this to charge the battry

http://www.nitroplanes.com/thac6smbalic.html

false advertising is what i call it

please explain to me why the kit did not come with a battery charger?

you gave me this:
http://www.nitroplanes.com/3emomism23ce.html {not enough to charge the battry}

but you left out this:

http://www.nitroplanes.com/2chswadd1.html {required to charge the battery}

i have stop recommending your site to my friends untill this is resolved

sincerly
ryan dalton

ps thx for your help john

The balance charger that is included and what you received is what you want....

Most RC'rs have access to 12v supply voltages from their car, or other sources, such as starter batteries etc.

The RC clips or bananna plugs permit you to charge the plane at the field.

What you are asking about is A TRANSFORMER to give you 12v DC from your AC outlets.

Most RC novices tend to think the same as you until they purchase their first LiPo charger and then are shocked to discover that most of the better chargers also come set up only for 12 volts.

Transformers are cheap items ( radio shack has them ) available for 12.00 or so for an 800mAh or so transformer which you can use.

Better that they include an intelligent balance charger w/o a transformer than a dumb non-balance charger with a transformer.

Most of the HC and Exceed planes ( with some exceptions ) do not include the transformer.

i dont mean to flame on the subject......

when it said it came with everything i need i assusmed it would come with a trasformer to plug into the wall
or a car cigerrte lighter plug in.......not just a clip

anyways to update the situation i went to a friends and got a multi function transformer adapter 12volt dc 600ma...

when i plug it in no lights come on the "charger balencer" i suppose the red light comes on right, then when charged it goes green...
no lights on means no battery charge is occuring or?

if i was in the field how would i connect to car battery?
direct from battery or through the cigg lighter?
find a cigg adapter and clip to it?
or of course spend more $$ for a nice "charger" lol

thx for help

another update.....

dug around the basement found a 12v dc 1amp transformer...

now the red is on so its charging....

is the 1amp to much? does it need to be 800ma or is the balencer ok with 1amp of 12dc

what do i need to charge in the field? car adapter wize?

and is there anyway to fix simulator with vista and nvida card
am i really gonna have to install xp partition to use the flight software?
maybe another software other than "fms" that works with usb controller?

and where do i go to get my plane installed on the simulator it only has planes with rudder and my jet has no rudder?

sorry im such a noob i feel ignorant lol educate me plz

thx

you got it and this should work for you. 1amp is more than enough for this charger so you are fine. You see the charger only outputs 800mah max so 1amp from the transformer will do the job. Please see here on detailed instructions on how to setup the sim http://www.rcdiscuss.com/index.php/topic,3205.0.html
