Hello Eric,

I recently purchased a Honda 420 jet that had several damaged parts. The left motor cowl is cracked. The canopy is cracked and last and most important is the fuselage has a dent in several place that looks like it may have gotten heated up and warped some how. Here is my order number so please consider sending me replacement parts.

Hello, I ordered a CMP PA-28 EP and received it with a broken canopy. I contacted your support, who sent me a replacement that I received today. It is broken worse than the first. You know, it would really help if you packed this properly instead of just throwing it in a box that wasn't even long enough for the canopy to sit flat in! No packing, wedged into a tight box, it is going to break! Now can you please send me one so I can finally build my plane?

New Version 2 Extra 500   90A208Y-Gas-Extra500-Yellow

I recently purchased this model from Nitro Models and tried to inventory the enclosed
parts and pieces, per the parts list (A VERY SMALL PHOTO OF TINY PARTS).
I manage to identify most of them and started to assemble the fuselage, where I found
some of the hardware was not there, but I could find most of it locally.  The only exception being the
plate that supports the 2 rear wing attachment screws that attaches the wing to the fuselage.
I have attached  a photo, from the manual, of this part and would ask that you please send one to me.

My second concern has to do with the wings.  When I unpacked them and had them next to the fuselage,
they were nowhere near the same color.  They were noticeably darker in color and when assembled their
fit to the fuselage was possible, but not great.  Upon closer inspection, I also found that the servo cutout
under the wing cover measured 20 mm x 60 mm.  This is far too large to accommodate any typical, available servo and would compromise security of servo a/o leave an unsecured area of covering.  To my knowledge this model is not offered in the color of these wings.  It would, almost, seem that they are not for the Extra 500.  Again, I have attached photos show that show color differential and the servo cutout.  I would imagine a skilled builder, with considerable effort, might remedy the cutout problem and I could scab some kind patch and end up with usable off-colored (esthetics be damned) Extra 550.

I looked forward to hearing you on the attachment plate and any comments you have on the wing.

On January 4 I received a Zlin Z-50 .46-.52 size. The manual included with the plane was for the 1.2 size. I've "Live Chatted" 3 times about this. The first time the person sent me a new manual. It was a phot copy of the manual I already have. Does anyone have a manual for the .46-.52 size Zlin that they can PDF and send to me via email. If not, I can put the plane together, but I need the CG point for the plane. Thanks.

From the reply, I assume that I'm expected to purchase the part not shipped with the Extra 500 kit?
That won't work, in the first place, it was suppose to be included and secondly, where do I find it?
I've tried to send three photos that I hope will help you understand.

Photo 1 Shows the picture of the (needed) missing part take from the Manual.

Photo's 2 & 3 They show an off-colored wing that doesn't match the true color (fuselage), doesn't
have the dark leading edge (deicer), doesn't have the 4 predrilled mounting holes,
And probably doesn't go with this airplane.

The wing does have a laser-cutout for the aileron that is 60mm x 20mm far TOLARGE
to properly mount a standard 40mm x 20mm servo.

flyowa, not true with me. He did exactly what he said he'd do and did it promptly. I had the replacement for the damaged piece in less than a week, and that was almost all shipping time (I'm on the east coast).

Oh I'm sure many people get lucky, but if you look at the complaints, it's a matter of when they;re good everything is rosy, when they screw up, either intentionally or accidiently, it can be a nightmare trying to get it resolved in a fair manner, as their history with the BBB shows, and that pesky lawsuit they lost would be an indicator of a lack of ethics as well right eric? how much did your company lose in that lawsuit eric?
