Interesting plane...
PM John here ( Nitrostaff1 ).
If you cannot get a response from him within 4-5 days, repost in this thread and I'll scan a copy of mine for you.

Have you flown it yet?
I was thinking about getting one of these, but am struggling to find much information about it. It is a big beautiful plane for a very reasonable price......kinda makes me think......if it sounds too good to be true....you know the rest.

Yes , I have maybe 2 dozen flights on it. COG was a bit difficult to get right but flies good now. The cockpit assembly was a problem ( for me at least) as the latch mechanism set up left a bit to be desired. I had to improvise a motor mount extension for the motor I decided to use . Make sure to beef up your front gear mounting plate also .Over all its a very nice plane that looks great in the air as well as on the ground

Yeah same here.
Did you move your C.G. forward from the recommended?
The mount is set up for longer can outrunners, so shorter ones can require standoffs.
I used tri-stock to beef up the front gear mounting area. Not a biggie.

RE: sadler vampire manual
..........shopping for a new motor for this plane. What did you guys use?
The advertisement recommends a 12x7 prop. Do you think there is room for a 14? I want to set it up more for short take offs and good climb rate, not speed.

I used the same configuration I have on my Extra 330L EP ( see the other thread where I posted specs and pictures ).
With this config I'm using the same 12x7E prop that has PLENTY of power....

RE: sadler vampire manual
I'll have to check as I've not pulled my planes out of winter hibernation and I cant recall the specifics since Ive got more than I need if you know what I mean. Ive been meaning to but have been too busy and for the most part this past winter was a complete loss as far as flying time went.Ill get back with you if you still want.

RE: sadler vampire manual
Thanks for your input guys.
Lakebum - If you get a chance to pull it out, I am still curious, but don't go to a bunch of extra work if it is buried.
