Default Airfield 70mm F16 Dead 72mhz Radio New!

I just received my new 70MM Airfield F16 ARF Kit, Plane is fine, but Radio would not work right out of the box. TX on first with new batteries, when I first plugged in a fully charged Liopinto the plane the throttle went full and no servos worked. Radio is dead. Tried reversing throttle but still sent full! None of the other servos worked. I replaced the receiver with my Airtronix and using my R8000TX everything is fine. Nothing wrong with the aircraft electronics, just the TX RX not working that came with the kit.

Order Date: 03/06/2010
Order Number: yhst-17210252890263-118800

Would you guys please ship another TX RX? Channel 54 would be best.

Thanks!

For this 72Mhz radio, you put 8 batteries into the radio and turn it ON and the red light will turn ON.

You must turn on the radio first before you connect the battery into the plane then put the left joystick and speed trim down. This is a MUST for 72mhz system.

Thanks Staff1,
I am not new to this hobby and know how to set up the radio and use it. It was dead. After goofing around with the receiver by moving the speed control (power) to another plug on the RX it started working. I can't tell you why??? Once it powered up on another channel, it worked on the correct channel for throttle. Got me stumped, but it's fine now.

Thanks!

SD
