NO.
In the 2.4gHz world you MUST stay with the same brands... TX/RX's are NOT interchangable.
Note: Exception JR/Spektrum
Spektrum is a JR brand name, so TX/RX's from both brands are the only known ones that work correctly accross those two brands.
