If anyone from nitroplanes is looking here or if anyone knows why this is, please help!

I ordered a product off of nitroplanes.com today, and when i checked my email there was no order confirmation! This was at 4 or so and i checked later at 10 and still no email! Nitroplanes can you please help? Why did you not send me a order confirmation???

Normally if you do not get an almost immediate e-mail confirming the order, then the credit transaction did not go through or was not logged.

You may want to try using the On-Line chat to check your order(s).

But after i ordered, i got the confirmation page on their site and my tracking number and all. I just never got an email from them.

The orders a processed by Yahoo's vendor system.

Did you provide an e-mail address for Yahoo to send the e-mail verification?

Could your anti-spam filtering have caught the message? ( Comcast's filters are notorious for this... ).

Assume it did not go through and contact Nitroplanes via their on-line chat.

I did provide a email address but i may have misstyped it or something. Il contact them today
