    charles giving me crap online support

    i have purchased a skybus a couple of months ago and the escs were junk in it.so i was supposed to get new ones shipped to me with a new filler panel.They have never come.so i got online and chatted with charles and he gave me crap and said that he didnt work for the post office.I just asked why i havent got it in a months time,becuse the tracking shows that the post office has only been notified of shippment not actually shipped.So this guy gets ****ty with me and now i still have a broken plane and no parts.This is the second plane that i have ordered from nitro and the second one with a problem.Each time i have had issues with thes planes.The first one was a 60 size mustang that didnt come with all the parts and i got treated like i did something wrong.the second is this pile of junk that i have sitting in front of me now.I would have returned the whole plane but i painted it and detailed it to look like a c47,i even posted pics of it on facebook on nitro site.i printed the chat with charles so if i get called a liar again i have proof.this needs to be made rite.

    The Online people are order takers not problem resolvers. It's a waste of time to try to talk to them IMHO.

    PM Tony, etc... they deal with end user problems.

    There is an art . . . to flying. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.

    My ESC just caught on fire right out of the box. I am still trying to figure out if I can get a replacement.
    By the way John did not post anything since Apr. I'll try Tony if I can figure out his nick name
