I need the recomended throws for the leo 110 pattern ship.

The manual does not really have a suggested range.

IMHO this is all subjective anyway...

I go with whatever I can get while opting for maximum mechanical advantage, then I set my TX to give me about 60% of that for low rates.

I then fly the plane to see if I want even more or less throws and adjust accordingly.

You can always start out with about 1/4 to 1/2" on your low rates with 40-50% expo for safety, then work from there to find what YOU like.
