Nitroplanes OV-10 Bronco 15/48"

<span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Hello,

I have just acquired a </span></span><span><span style="font-size: small;">Electric Brushless/Nitro Gas OV-10 Bronco 15 - 48" Twin-Engine Radio Remote Controlled RC Airplane which came from the seller without any plans, paper or disc. I was told the aircraft was purchased from Nitroplanes.com. The seller also told me it is a CMP model. However I haven't had any luck even finding this particular model listed on their site. I did find it on nitroplanes.com here &gt;&gt;&gt; </span></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;">http://www.nitroplanes.com/ov10.html</span><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;">

I would be happy to purchase a replacement disc or plans if possible. Or as I've seen here in these forums a link to a PDF file would greatley be appreciated!! Also, before you ask, my email address is </span>
<span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;">[email protected]</span></span></span></span><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;"><span><span style="font-size: small;"> just in case you can come up with something for me.

Thanks in advance!</span></span><span style="font-size: small;">

What they call a manual is about 4 to 6 pages of poor copies with bad English and a few pictures. I use them to mix epoxy on. Nothing more.

Is there something we can help with? The manuals are not that detailed.

Buzz.

Thank you for the reply. Sad to hear the directions for this model aren't worth the paper they are printed on. :(

Yes, any information on servo setup and control rod routing for rudder and elevator would be appreciated. Also, control surface throws and CG would be beneficial. I've studied the "pictures" I can find and I don't see which servo drives which serfaces (elev, rudd).

Thanks again,
Jeff

Does this plane use metal wire for the push rods? If so, where they exit the plane should tell you what surface they control. I try to get as much deflection as I can get, then tone it down with dual rate and expo.

For the CG I start at about 1/3 the wing cord and adjust from there.

Another place to ask for the directions is RCDiscus, Nitroplanes forum. They may have it online some place or might be able to email it to you.

I'm a couple years late on this thread, but I just picked up the OV-10 Bronco arf your referenced at a sale. At the time I looked it over I didn't think to consider the connections to the control surfaces in the tail. And as you pointed out, no instructions. Did you ever find a source for this information or come up with a solution?
