Default Air cleaners

Does anyone have a suggestion for which air cleaners I should use on a OS ft-160 and OSft-300? Also , would it hurt to run the crankcase vent to the air cleaner?
Bru-line air cleaners are not available.
Thx, motorhd

Well, the only thing I can offer is an "old school" way of doing it. Take a piece of old nylon pantyhose, cut a circle from it about the size of a quarter and using a rubber o-ring, stretch and secure over the carb opening. Otherwise, you might look into the filters the large scale car guys are using, there will likely be something that will work.

Just use a piece of nylon hose and a bit of wire to tie it down.

It won't hurt to run the breather to the carb, but it won't add anything, either.
