Default OS 120FSIII gasket

Hello Bax,

I would just like to know what type of cylinder head gasket that the original OS 120FSIII came with. The reason I asked is that on the parts listed on the tower site, the gasket set comes with 2 different head gaskets. One is thick and the other is the thin type. I guess it would dictate the nitro content range that we could run in our engines.

thanks,
Ton2di

The one that usually comes installed in the engine is the thinner, aluminum one. You can lower compression with the thicker gasket if you want to run more nitro. Usually, the engine runs very nicely on 5%-10% nitro fuels.
