OS FSA 110 Problem
Hello All
I have an os 110 FSA that's about two years old and hasalways run smooth and without any issues, the all the sudden I could not get the engine to run bellow 5000 rpm's yesterday. Every time I went bellow the 5k mark the engine would quit, I thought it was the glow plug so I changed it to a new F glow plug but the problem persisted. Also the only way I could get it to run bellow the 5k mark was to leave the ignitor in place but as sood as I would remove it the engine would quit. the top end is good I'm getting the usual 9700 rpm with a 15x6.

RE: OS FSA 110 Problem
After two years, check some things: valve clearances, compression feel, fuel system cleanliness, carb blockages, leaking fuel lines, crud in the fuel tank, and so on. You may need to remove the engine from the model and check it carefully. Maybe you need to put it onto a test stand with a new, clean setup to check it out. Has anything changed? If you've had a major change in the weather, the carb will need to be reset.
