OS 61 Four Stroke throttle stuck
Hi All,
Purchased a "new" FS61 off eBay (yeah, I know). It actually is new from what I can tell (no mounting marks, everything else is clean, however the throttle is stuck. I unscrewed the throttle arm and I can see the carbeurator (?) air intake is barely open. I don't want to stick a screwdriver into the hole to force it. I originally thought it might be the temperature (it's in the low 20's here in Mass) as I just picked it up outside the front door but it has warmed up and still have the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

All set, I re-screwed in the throttle arm tight and gently tried turning the throttle open and it "popped" and moved. I forgot Rule #1 - Patience!
