os 90 max muffler
Hello,
I have an os 90 max, an older model, without a muffler. Can I still purchase a muffler or will a muffler fit from another engine? Are there any manuals for this engine still around?

Instructions for your old O.S. Max .90 (FSR-series?) would not be available.
Here's what you need for the muffler:
OSMG2556 29025507 EXH ADAPTER 90R/FSR $14.49
OSMG2836 26625009 MUFFLER #744 50-61 $42.99
The #744 is what came with the .90 FSR (if that's what you have).

I have one of these engines without a muffler. I believe I have the OSMG2556 29025507 EXH ADAPTER which has 52mm hole centers.
Please confirm the OSMG2836 26625009 MUFFLER #744 has 52 mm mounting hole centers?
Are you aware if this muffler is still available?
This engine came with a 20 plus year old PILOT 1/4 scale Tiger Moth. Can you recomend any manufacturer of a suitable in-cowl muffler which would be better than the above OS unit.

The original posts were 4 years ago. Since then, the O.S. muffler has been dropped and is no longer available from us or from O.S., in Japan. You'd have to locate someone via the RCU Marketplace or other location that has R/C items for sale.
