Default OS 140 RX/FI starting problem

Hello all,

I'm having trouble starting my OS 1.40 FI engine. I've used the engine successfully in the past but now I am experiencing starting issues.

When I start the engine, it runs a little and dies. After that, I can not start it anymore. The fuel pressure is OK, I checked the troubleshooting page at the OS manual but it didn't work either. I played with the pipe a little and the performance improved but it's still not ok. If I want to start the engine again, I have to manually drop a little fuel in the carb opening. It's really strange because when I prime the engine with a starter the carb has plenty of fuel, but the engine does not start.

I'm using Wildcat Premium Extra fuel, 10% nitro and 18% oil. I always used this fuel with this engine.

Do you have any clues about this?

Thank you,
Luciano Kahn

Is it possible that the injector's not working properly? That would keep the engine from getting fuel. If you prime through the intake, and the engine will burn it off, then we'd strongly suspect a bad injector.
