Default OS 61FX

I have a great running 61FX, top end is great, transiton is great. However when I bring it back to idle it runs at a higher rpm for 15 to 25 sec and then will die out. Is this the low end or top end adjustment?

It sounds like your idle mixture needs to be adjusted a bit. Usually, running on for a while and then slowing down and quitting indicates a too-rich idle. Check it by pinching the fuel line for a second or so. If the engine speeds up, it needs to be leaned. If it slows down and quits, it needs to be richened. Make any adjustments very small. You want to "creep" up on the correct setting.

First, mybe a dumb question - did you followed a break-in procedure? Have you ran about 2 tanks of fuel through this engine, with the first one at around 3,000 RPM and fairly rich?
Again, I assume you did all this, in this case I would vote for low-end in this case. And I agree with Bax - make small adjustments - especially on the low end.
