Older FS-120
Just got what seems to be the first generation FS-120 4 stroke NIB with twin valve covers.
Are there any quirks with this engine ?
I plan to use a 15x6 prop with 15%.

RE: Older FS-120
lennyk refers to os120 with two rocker arm covers. I notice that newer 120's have only one cover. Is there a shortcut way to tell which model is which? I too, have obtained an OS 120 with two rocker arm covers but can not find info about, etc. OS website doesnt show such. Can you help directly or by reference? harve202

RE: Older FS-120
The O.S. 1.20 with two rocker covers is the old FS-120 (non-Surpass), as we mentioned above. O.S. only made one version during its production run. The Surpass-series replaced it.
The old pre-Surpass engine went out of production in the late 1980's, and parts for it are no longer available from us or from O.S. in Japan.
