What size is the exhaust thread on OS 91 Surpass
Exhaust system routing can be a problem with the limited options available with "stock" piping. I'd like to be able to thread my own pipes so as to be able to create application specific configurations. Can you advise me as to appropriate pipe material, sources, etc, and thread size? Thank you.

What size is the exhaust thread on OS 91 Surpass

The thread size in the cylinder head is metric. 11mm diameter with a 0.75mm pitch.
We're sorry, but we'd not have any idea where you could locate materials. Most forms of aluminum or copper tubing will work, but you'll have a trial locating thread dies. You may wish to check with a local machine shop for advice.
