OS 120 pumped problem when high revs
It starts fine , idles fine, medium throttle laso fine, at full throttle , it cuts, then high rpms again , then cuts again, like that for a bit until it dies.
I have tried moving the mixture needle and idle needle to every possible combination , and no luck.
I can see bubbles though going into the carb when at full throtle.
I have had this problem for 4 weeks trying to fix it and nothing.
Any ideas?
For sure is not a setting, could be the pump?

RE: OS 120 pumped problem when high revs
First off, the pumped FS-120 Surpass will have the high-speed needle at about 3/4-turn out from closed when it's peaked at full throttle.
Bubbles should not travel from the pump to the carb...it's hard to see, though, since the fuel line is so short. Bubbles mean that the pump is shot and will have to be replaced.
