modified OS 1.40 RX
Hey, Bax: I saw a guy at my club's field with a "new" full-sized pattern plane--new to him--with a 1.40 in it. I thought it was great. He had to point out, however, that this engine had two glow plugs. I told him I'd never seen one like that engine offered for sale new. That engine, which came with only one plug hole, had to be drilled out to accept the second plug. He said that some fabricator is offering heads pre-drilled with the two-plug holes. Know anything about this? The guy said that the 1.40 performs better with two glow plugs. Thx. Jim
