Finish on OS engines
Hi Bax:
Is the finish on OS engines accomplished by glass beading? I was advised to use oven cleaner to removed baked on crud. Results: It turned it black due to axidation. Can I glass bead it to return it to the original finish?

Tried it and found that glass beading works well! Restores the original satin finish. Becareful to keep the beads out of the engine.
