Default FS 61 Timing

I had to replace the bearings in my FS 61 and am haveing trouble setting the cam timeing. I notice there is a mark on the camshaft, but other than the Keyway and connecting rod lobe on the crank I have no idea how to reassemble them so that the timeing is set right. Can anyone help me?

Thanks
Doug
