You'll have to ask the maker of the Roto Start to see if they have an adaptor for your engine. If your engine does not have a recoil starter already, then the after-market starters won't work. We do know that the DuraTrax Sure Start does fit.

I'm sorry, what I should of asked is do they make a back plate that works with the roto type starters. I now have a pull start but im looking to convert to the roto type starter or duratrax kwik start, Thanks

IF our engine has a pull starter, then you just need to remove it. You don't need to buy a new rear cover..the engine already has the right kind. You use teh stock parts that are already on the recoil-starter-equipped engine.
