is anybody knows haw you can make a os 120 surpass –sp mark I running

I can not set up mine to work properly ,I had a lot of dead sticks and finally last time that I went for flying set the pump off by bypassing it . The Engine started to run but not properly I had to fly the model for several times to check and I did not had a dead stick but the engine was not working good at high . so I thing that this solution it s just temporary.

Any suggestions ?
