Default os 46 low end problem

frist off this eng was in the trees for about 4 mos, looks like hell but runs pretty damm good, here is the problem , low end , at idel fuel comes out (muff) more than it gos in, tryed to reset matter a fact have it in all the way, havent removed the screw to clean, crazy ? iam i wasting my time by doing that or just go and get a new carb, high end is great just low end

Dirt will make a carburetor run lean. When the engine's running at low RPM, you'll see more oil drip out of the muffler than at high speed just because of the velocity of the exhaust gasses. If your engine's running well, and its fuel consumption is not out of the ordinary, then we'd not worry about it.
