EB Modified 12Tz vs 12Tz(p) speed tune

Hi everyone.I am preparing Serpent 720 and Ä± decided to buy O.S engine but which one.If Ä± install EB modified 12tz(1.9hp) can Ä± race it,is it legal? What is your advice to both engine, which one is useful for me?
