.61 FX peeling cylinder
I have an OS .61 FX with a peeling cylinder. This engine is not that old (3 years) and doesn’t have that many hours (less that my other OS engines) The fuel has always been Omega 15% with a bit of Klotz TechiniPlate added. Tuning is the “pinch the fuel line method”. No lean engine burn here. This engine has a premature plating failure, period. I contacted the dealer, which said OS was contacted but they haven’t had a reply. That was 45 days ago. So, is there any help from the factory? There’s a reason we pay the extra bucks for OS isn’t there? I’ll be more than happy to return it for a inspection .
