Default OS 91 small head df

I installed a new set of bearings and crank shaft into my engine.
I now have a dead spot at TDC is this normal till after break in?

A tight spot when the piston is at Top Dead Center is normal. You have an ABC-type of engine.

While the FAQ describes the ABN engines, ABC engines are very similar in construction and would be handled the same way.
