Default header / pipe for 18-cvr

Hi.

I've just ordered an .18 cvr to use in my kyosho ultima. When looking for headers and pipes there are lots for .12 - .15 engines and lots for .21 engines but I've not found any made for .18 engines.

Should I go for a .21 pipe or a .15 pipe? I guess it matters both for engine performance and tank pressure?

B.t.w. makeing an adapter for any pipe to fit is no problem, I have access to a great metal workshop and a friend who works there

You can use either one...the only way to find out which is best is to try and see. That's the only way even for exhaust systems "made" for a particular size. Some really aren't, but only have the adaptor to fit onto the engine.
