What would be a good speed prop for this engine? What rpm should I say at?

For speed, you want a high-RPM, high-pitch propeller. Something like a 12 x 8 or maybe an 11 x 9 or 10. You just have to try and see. If you get the RPM much over the high-12,000's, expect engine life to start to go down drastically.
