I am not sure which is available and not but I know there are variations
Like, I was looking at a standard shaft, pull start slide carb and it's not available

Well , have a look here http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...SM&C=GCT&V=OSM
You will see that there is no more 18TZ with short shreaded shaft and rotary carb , i tried other online shop and it seem's that no one has them any more .
Don't undestand why , thoses were really cool engines and with the OS quality ...

Yeah I don't understand either why they made such models etc
You could definately mix and match parts but then the cost becomes stupid.
Like there is no pullstart version with slide carb, just rotary. Why would they do that? You'd think they'd have options of each...
But anyway maybe you can retrofit the slide carb?

The engine was most likely discontinued due to low customer demand. That means that O.S. cannot justify continued production. You will have to perform an internet search of various sellers to see if you can obtain a new one. The RCU Marketplace can be a valuable help.
