OS18TZ-TX crankshaft into 18TM
Hi,
I have just remove my OS18TM from a T-maxx and i would like to know if i can change the Pilot Shaft into a Standard Shaft from an OS18TZ-TX and use the engine in another car that needs standard shaft.
Can this mod work and what other parts I may need to purchase.

O.S. does list that the crankshaft for the .18TZ will fit into an .18TM. However, the .18TM-TX is an engine with a recoil unit and uses a special rear cover and starter shaft. Our parts list doesn't include the necessary special rear cover you'd need for an .18TZ.
