Default os 70 surpass, stopping

i have os 70 surpass one, i used it nearly 4-5 liters. at the first i didnt have any problem but nowdays it stops when it is cold. after it be hot performance is worst than the first times. engine is good when the carburator between 1/4 and 2/4 open but no changes between 2/4 and 4/4 open. i have same power 2/4 and 4/4.

We're not sure of your question. If the engine doesn't run well when it's cold, then allow it to warm up a bit before you use it. If it's not running well in cold weather, then check the tuning. The adjustment of the high-speed needle will change as the temperature of the day changes. A cold day will need a richer needle than a warm day.
