What is the differance between the 21h carb and the 21j?

They are designed for completely-different engines. The #21H carb is for the O.S. Max Speed Tuned .21 V-SPEC engine, and the #21j carb is for the .28 XZ Truggy engine. The engines are quite different. The V-Spec engine is designed for off-road buggies, and the .28 is for Truggies. The Truggy engine would be ported for higher low-end torque, and the carb would be designed for such operation. The V-spec is intended for higher top-end running, and less bottom.

I see that they are both listed as replacements for the v spec.
