os fs-26s-cx no start
I am an owner of a OS Max FS-26S-CX 4-Stroke car engine with pull starter, which I have bought on 05/20/2003 from Tower Hobbies.
I tried to fire this engine, and, it wouldn’t start.
I used the same fuel witch I use for my 2-stroke engine, Graupner Titan G5, methanol base with 22% castor oil and 5% nitro, the needle valve opened from closed position with 2 – 2 1/2 turns.
The glow is O.K.
I used at first time the pull starter, and then an electric starter box.
I shall be grateful, if you could tell me, what can I do to resolve this problem.

If an engine has good fuel, a good glow plug, and good compression, it WILL fire. The rest is in the carburetor adjustment and starting technique.
If the engine's not firing, we strongly suspect it's not being sufficiently-primed. Choke the engine until it starts to spit fuel out of the exhaust port. You can also remove the glow plug and put a few drops of fuel in the combustion chamber. The prime should help you get the engine started.
