Default OS 61FX Needle - Bax need your help

I just picked up a new OS 61FX for my H9 Ultra Stik.
On my engine the needle is off the side and not vertical as illustrated in the manual.
So I am assuming that someone may have changed it and then returned it to the hobby shop.
Not a big deal as according to the manual the needle is designed to be relocated.
What I can't determine from the manual is if the fuel inlet nipple also has to be relocated
with the needle valve or can it stay in its original location. This is how it was when I received it
but it does not seem right to me. My feeling is that the brass screw holding it in place will restrict the fuel inlet flow.
So Bax would appreciate your advice on how to properly set this up.

You can do it either way. Mounted to the side is the "normal" way. Vertical for tight installations. With the vertical mounting, you just detach and re-mount the needle mounting bracket.
