A local drag boat driver died,when his boat flipped during a race on Watson pond in Taunton MA on Sunday,his name is Peter Hurwitz

I was there all day Sat,watched the drag boats. A friend of mine drives one,he has raced against Peter many times

There was another bad crash,in Maine this season,driver was hurt badly

It's amazing what the human body can do to a fiberglass boat. I have seen both boats after the crashes. The driver that lived went through the dash and front deck, the one that died ripped the steering wheel out of the dash and went through the side cowling. The first boat was a V, the 2nd was a hydro
